What is on offer
The site links to the playable game on itch.io and to the Team Peachy Patreon for early builds and dev support. The site does not sell anything directly. All purchases and subscriptions happen on the third-party platform under that platform's own terms.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the platform you purchased through. itch.io has a per-creator refund policy; Patreon refunds are at Patreon's discretion. Direct purchases (when applicable) go through a merchant of record (Paddle or Stripe), and the platform's refund window applies. We do not issue refunds outside the platform's flow.
No warranty
The site and the linked builds are provided as is. We do not promise the game is bug-free, complete, or fit for any particular use. Builds are dev builds. Save data on a development build may not survive between versions.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, redistribute, or repackage the game or its assets without written permission. Do not represent the game as your own work or as endorsed by a third party. Do not link to the site or its assets from places that violate the platform rules above (illegal content markets, minor-coded sites, etc.).
Jurisdiction
Disputes that cannot be resolved by email are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction of registration. If a clause here is unenforceable where you live, the rest of the terms still apply.
